Payment and cost FAQS

1. What is the cost of tuition?

Tuition costs depend on your residency status. Kansas residents pay less than out-of-state students. Tuition is billed by the credit hour, and you'll also pay campus privilege fees that cover the Rec Complex, Lafene Health Center, and other services on campus. The College of Architecture, Planning, and Design, College of Engineering, and College of Business Administration have additional fees.

2. When do I pay my tuition and fees?

As a general rule, tuition and fees are not due when you enroll. You’ll be billed later. For example, if you enroll in June, you’ll receive an electronic bill in July, and it will be due in August.
