Improve your marks
That perfect ACT score is just 36 points away. K-State's ACT Workshop will help you get the highest marks.
Designed for first-time test-takers, the workshop will give you all you need to know about doing your best on the test. Your counselor can help you study and your mom can drive you to the test site, but you are the one with the trusty #2 pencil!
During the workshop you'll participate in a practice test that will show you what to expect and will keep you from hyperventilating when you see those pesky "all of the above" questions on the real test.
You'll hear the instructions exactly the way you'll hear them in the real exam, you'll work to time limits, and you'll learn when to speed on to the next questions.
Don't forget to bring a calculator with you!
Experts from K-State's Academic Assistance Center will be on hand to teach you relaxing techniques so you don't clam up on test day.
Parents
You'll attend a special morning program with sessions to learn more about financial aid, scholarship programs, and general K-State information. Campus tours are also available.
Got questions?
You'll learn the answers to these important questions:
- How do I prepare in advance?
