Internship details
The internship covers the academic year (August through May). You’ll spend eight to ten hours per week working with a K-State faculty member on research in your major.
You’ll be paid an hourly wage and can receive up to $2,500 for your efforts. This support is in addition to any other scholarships received from the university, your college, or your department.
Please note that internships will only be awarded for specific curricula on the Manhattan campus. Participating majors are listed on the application.
Although the program is administered through K-State’s Women in Engineering and Science Program, all students, regardless of gender, are eligible.
