GROUP TOURS

Scheduling a special group tour

Call 1-800-432-8270 (toll free) or 785-532-6318 at least three weeks in advance to make arrangements for a group tour.

Our most popular tours are the insect zoo, football stadium, Bramlage Coliseum, and the fire department. Remember to schedule your tour well in advance to ensure that your choice of dates is not booked. When you contact us, please have second and third choices available.

Let us know how many vehicles your group will be using so we can provide parking permits and a campus map for you.

Make lunch plans if you plan to visit the whole day. We can reserve space in the Union if you plan to purchase lunch there, or you can bring a picnic and eat outside if the weather permits.
