Whether you’ve already settled on the perfect profession or are still pondering which career path you want to take, come to Junior Days at K-State!

You'll explore possible occupations, learn which paths will take you to the career you want, and check out what K-State has to offer.

Each K-State Junior Day is full of activities that will help you and your parents plan your career path and explore K-State. You have several dates to choose from:

  • Monday, April 7 (Registration is closed for this date)
  • Monday, April 14 (Registration is closed for this date)
  • Monday, April 21 (Registration is closed for this date)
  • Monday, May 5 (Registration is closed for this date)

The cost is $20 per student and $15 for each parent, family member, or guest.

Discovering K-State majors

This exciting morning workshop can show how your interests, abilities, and values match up with majors at K-State. All students will attend this workshop as one of three morning sesesions. What’s the right major for you? Prepare to be surprised!

Learn about the everyday lives of current K-State students. Get the inside scoop on college basics and more!

Parent sessions

Financial aid

Financial assistance counselors will show you how federal financial aid can help you pay your college expenses. Get your questions answered, and find out about important deadlines.

Ask the dean

Get your questions answered during this session with Dr. Pat Bosco, K-State's dean of student life.

Residence halls

Every student will tour a residence hall and eat lunch in a dining center.

Afternoon sessions

Hear some stories about changing majors and finding out how to learn what you want to be when you grow up.

Academic and career decisions

Pick the top two academic areas you're interested in and learn more about them. You'll learn not just about the majors but also the careers that follow.
