You'll explore possible occupations, learn which paths will take you to the career you want, and check out what K-State has to offer.
Each K-State Junior Day is full of activities that will help you and your parents plan your career path and explore K-State. You have two dates to choose from:
- Tuesday, September 29 (Registration closed)
- Thursday, December 3

$20 per student and $15 for each parent, family member, or guest

Tricks of the trade
Should I get a computer? Where do I park my car? This mini-orientation will ease your anxiety by answering questions of concern to new K-Staters.
Parents Session
9:45 to 10:50 a.m.
While students are in the first two morning sessions, parents can get their questions answered during this session with Dr. Pat Bosco, vice president for student life, and Larry Moeder, assistant vice president for admissions and student financial assistance.
Residence halls
Every student will tour a residence hall and eat lunch in a dining center.
Afternoon session
Academic and career decisions
Pick the academic area you're most interested in and learn more about it. You'll learn about majors and possible careers.
Tours
Optional campus tours and Greek house tours will run every 30 minutes starting at 2 p.m.
