Last year K-State awarded more than $11 million in merit scholarships. You can apply for top scholarships with various criteria, including academic performance, leadership, and involvement in activities.

K-State is one of only 96 research universities in the nation with "very high research activity," according to the Carnegie Foundation. Looking for classes that spark your intellect (but don’t pack on too much busywork)? Check out the honors program. You’ll work with K-State's top professors, take classes that mix disciplines, and get to know the brightest students on campus. Academic cluster floors in the residence hall

Want to immerse yourself in architecture or dive into business? You can be surrounded by others with the same focus when you live on a cluster floor. Cluster floors include leadership studies, community service, agriculture, architecture, business administration, engineering, and pre-health. Or you can choose other lifestyle options that include scholarship houses, sororities and fraternities, or living off campus.
