K-State's 2008 Open House was again a rousing success, with about 22,000 people roaming campus to check out academic exhibits and entertainment that ranged from student bands to the always popular Marching Cobras of Kansas City. Mark your calendar for next year's event, and until then check the 2008 slate of events to get a feel for the excitement that will build up for the next K-State Open House.
Manhattan and Salina campuses
Both campuses will be a blur of activity as K-State springs to life. Even if your career interests change with the frequency of a chameleon, each college will showcase academic exhibits to match all stripes and highlight the majors you're considering.
Our campus hot spots at Open House include a menagerie of treats like the chemistry magic show, Formula One race car design, and games like "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" or "Who Wants to be a Wildcat?" You can sample food galore and drop by Call Hall for some ice cream to top it off.
Check out 250 majors, learn about more than 400 campus organizations, and discover how you can leave your mark at K-State. No reservations are required for your adventure. Pick up a program and map at the Union, and you’re on your way.

Spring football game, 6:30 p.m.
After Open House, you can make a long downfield pass to Bill Snyder Family Stadium for the spring football game and be among the first to check out the 2008 Wildcats. K-State's most recent spring games have averaged more than 20,000 fans, so make sure you're there!
