Do you dream of marching to the beat of a K-State drummer? Here’s the scoop on auditioning for the K-State marching band.
Participation in the week-long band camp secures your spot in the 300-member band. During the audition you’ll perform “Wabash Cannonball,” a K-State classic.
K-State will mail you “Wabash” and other pre-game tunes to learn during the summer.
Shorts and tennis shoes.
Musicianship. Don’t spend more time working on your tan than on the pre-game music!
Because marching band members come from all majors, you’ll build a network of friends all across campus.
