SEE FOR YOURSELF
You've read the guidebooks, now come see K-State firsthand.
It's the only Big 12 school picked as one of the nation’s top 25 “cutting-edge schools" in Kaplan Publishing's You Are Here: A Guide to Over 380 Colleges and Unlimited Paths to Your Future. And The Unofficial, Unbiased Guide to the 328 Most Interesting Colleges says it’s one of America’s top schools “where students enjoy themselves so much they never want to leave.”
Visit our campus to see why.
Set up your personalized visit
Thinking about college? Call 1-800-432-8270 (toll free) or 785-532-6250 to set up your visit. We'll customize one for you.
Just let us know when you call which majors, activities, and living options might interest you. Here are the things you'll do:
- Take a student-led walking tour of campus. You'll see Hale Library, large and small classrooms, a residence hall and dining center, computer lab, the K-State Student Union, and more.
- Meet with an admissions representative. You can learn more about the application process and ask your questions.
- Meet with academic advisors or professors in your major. If you're still deciding, we can have you meet people from several departments.
- Meet with a student financial assistance representative. You'll learn about scholarships and other ways to help pay for college.
- Meet K-State students and visit other departments that interest you. You can learn about fraternities and sororities, marching band, debate, disability support services, ROTC, adult student services, multicultural student organizations, and more.
- Explore on your own. Recommended stops: the Rec Complex, art museum, and Call Hall (for that famous K-State ice cream!)
