Scheduling your visit to K-State

Call 1-800-432-8270 (toll free) or 785-532-6250 at least two weeks in advance to arrange your campus visit. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, except when the university is closed for holidays.

Campus visits take place on weekdays so that you can meet with academic advisors, see current students, and visit university offices.

The best opportunity to learn about life at K-State is to visit while students are here, so it's best to avoid finals week and student holidays. When you call to schedule your visit, you'll work with someone to find a day that will work for you.

Guests are welcome! We encourage your parents to visit with you. You are also welcome to bring friends. Just let us know when you schedule your tour.

Lunch options

  • The Union's menu items range from pizza to salads to a hot line that changes daily. You can also choose from national chains like Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, and Subway.
  • Our award-winning residence hall dining centers serve up fresh-baked bread, tasty tacos, colossal deli sandwiches, and more. You can't pass up their banana split pie or sour-cream pecan coffee cake.
  • You can bring your lunch or eat at a restaurant off campus.
